These Terms of Use (hereinafter: the "Terms") govern the use of the website globalminds.mk (hereinafter: the "Website"), operated by Global Minds DOOEL Skopje (hereinafter: "Global Minds" or "we").
By accessing and using the Website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Prices published on the Website are indicative, in Macedonian denars and exclusive of VAT. Only the terms of a written offer or agreement are binding. Sending a message through the form creates no contractual obligation for you or for us.

The Global Minds name and logo, as well as the texts, photographs, graphic elements, design and code of the Website, are protected by the copyright and intellectual property laws of North Macedonia.
Book covers and content belong to their authors and publishers. Websites shown in the portfolio belong to their owners and are shown with their consent. Photographs of people are published with their consent.
Event photographs show talks and training delivered by Dr. Radovan Vitosevic as part of Global Minds services, at events organised by other companies. Organisers’ logos and trademarks and attendees’ faces are blurred. Showing them implies no partnership with, or endorsement by, the organisers. If you recognise yourself in a photo and want it removed, please contact us through the contact form.
Any reproduction, copying, distribution or commercial use of the content without the prior written consent of Global Minds or of the rights holder is prohibited.
To request permission (a license) to use a photograph or other content from the Website, please use the contact form.
6. Prohibited use
Users undertake not to use the Website for:
- violating laws, regulations or these Terms;
- sending malicious, offensive or advertising content through the contact form;
- attempting unauthorized access to the Website, its servers or connected systems;
- any kind of hacking activity or distribution of viruses.

The Website contains links to third-party websites (e.g. LinkedIn, the authors' websites and the portfolio projects). Global Minds bears no responsibility for the content or privacy policies of those websites.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of North Macedonia. For all disputes arising from these Terms and the use of the Website, the competent court in Skopje has jurisdiction.
