- company name (optional);
- phone number (optional);
- the service you are interested in;
- the content of the message;

Purpose of processing: to reply to your question or request and, if you wish, to prepare an offer or arrange a call.
Legal basis: your clearly expressed consent (by ticking the consent box before submitting) and taking steps at your request prior to a possible agreement.
Who receives the data: messages are received and stored by our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (USA), which forwards them to us by email. The transfer of data to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses.

If an agreement is concluded, we process the data needed for offers, contracts, invoicing and communication: company details (name, address, tax ID, registration number) and the name, email and phone of contact persons. This data is kept for the statutory retention periods for accounting and tax records.
5. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). On each visit the server automatically records technical data, including your IP address, for the security of the website and to deliver it. The transfer to the USA is based on standard contractual clauses.
6. Third-party services and links
- Fonts: the website fonts are served from our own server, not from Google, so Google receives no data about your visit.
- Links (LinkedIn, the authors' websites and the portfolio projects): these are plain links. The external site opens and receives data only if you click, after which its privacy rules apply.
- Videos (YouTube): on the public speaking page only an image from our server is shown before you click. Only when you click is the video loaded from youtube-nocookie.com (Google Ireland Limited's privacy-enhanced mode), and from then on Google's privacy policy applies.
- The website has no embedded maps, tracking buttons or ads.
7. Cookies and local storage
The website uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics tools. The only thing stored is one technical flag, kept until the tab is closed (sessionStorage), so the intro animation does not repeat; it holds no personal data. For this reason we do not ask for cookie consent and only inform you.
If we introduce visit measurement or other services that use cookies in the future, we will update this Policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before using them.
8. Rights of the data subject
Under the LPDP, you have the following rights:
- right of access (to obtain information about which of your data we process);
- right to rectification of incomplete or inaccurate data;
- right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), unless there is a legal obligation to retain the data;
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to object to processing;
- right to data portability;
- right to withdraw consent at any time, whereby the withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal;
- right to lodge a request with the Personal Data Protection Agency.
To exercise these rights, send us a request through the contact form or in writing to Blvd. Ilinden 5/27, 1000 Skopje. We will reply within the statutory deadline.
